Can you help with some "Big Conversations" in School?
Maggie Keeley, Head of Wellbeing and Mental Health Lead is launching some "Big Conversations" during the course of this year where students come together to discuss the issues related to the nine protected characteristics, they all learn about in their Wellbeing lessons - the idea behind this is to talk more openly about the difficulties people face and to explore ways we can be more accepting, understanding, and supportive.
The topics being covered are:
The sessions are up to 50 minutes and can be interactive or talks.
Upper Sixth Wellbeing talks are scheduled for 6th December and 14th February.
Lower Sixth Wellbeing talks are scheduled 26th November and 18th March.
