WGS is proud to launch its inaugural Black Excellence and Professional Networking event — a powerful, purpose-driven event designed to support and uplift young Black talent across the West Midlands.

In a region where young Black students continue to face barriers to professional opportunities, this event will provide more than just career advice — it will offer representation, real connections, and a sense of belonging in industries where they’re often underrepresented.

• Create access to work experience and employer engagement
• Build a long-term network of support, mentorship and empowerment
