Remembering Old Wulfrunians |
Sadly passed away in August 2022.
Marian joined the Bursar’s Office in 1989 and stayed for eight happy years.
After leaving WGS, Marian had a period of time running a newsagent's business with her beloved husband in Hodnet, a small rural village in Shropshire.
After retiring and returning to her passions for art and gardening, she adored spending time with her three children, Hannah, Nicky and Warwick and watching her four much loved grandchildren growing up.
She greatly enjoyed working at the Grammar School and talked with such fondness of the place, the staff and students, making a number of lifelong friends.
She truly was an inspirational role model and the best Grandmother ever.
Above all, she was an incredible lady who is missed immensely by her family.
God Bless.
