I'll be running a half marathon in July to support CoachBright who provide coaching and mentoring for disadvantaged children in the West Midlands to improve their confidence, independence, and resilience.
The rolling back of government funding for work like this comes at a time when schools are stretched more than ever, so fundraising is becoming ever more important for charities like CoachBright to continue to do the work we do. As such, if folks are able to support then this directly allows us to keep supporting pupils who need it more than ever.
If you'd like to know more about the charity, check out the website, latest impact report, and a blog post I wrote a while back about what we do and why it matters. Most importantly, follow this link to the Go Fund Me page!
